Fitbit hit with a class-action lawsuit for alleged faulty heart monitoring

Three plaintiffs filed a nationwide class-action lawsuit, accusing Fitbit of false advertising with its Charge HR and Surge wearables. More specifically, all three allege that the heart rate tracking functionality is faulty.
