Short Bytes: In order to improve the users’ experience, Microsoft launches it first global survey for Windows 10. This survey is only open for users enrolled in Windows insider programs. Some lucky users also get Surface notebook from Microsoft.

In a bid to improve Windows 10 performance, Microsoft has launched a campaign for the people who are enrolled in the Microsoft Windows insider program. This survey is aimed to help the Microsoft development team learn what users want to see in their future Windows updates. There has already been a lot of buzz about forced Windows 10 updates in the market. By giving a chance to the users to win a Microsoft Surface notebook, this survey also aims to be an integral part of the 2016 roadmap for the Microsoft to decide the choices of a wide range of customers.

According to some users who have already taken a part in this survey, the purpose of the questions featured in the survey deviates a lot from their main motive trying to classify a user based on the personality assessment test. Maybe, Microsoft wants to know the background of the user as well. And this remains almost the part and parcel of every survey.

The survey intimation was sent via mail to the enrolled Windows users explaining the improvisation that Microsoft is looking forward to make in their testing programs. The mail was targeted to the Windows 10 desktop as well as the Mobile users. The mail reads,

Your feedback is most powerful when we can triangulate it across the Feedback App, your bug reports, and error logs—and especially when we can understand a bit more about you as a person, your motivations in taking part in the Insider Program, and what you think about our progress to date. To deepen this understanding, we’d like to invite you to take a short survey to help us improve the Insider Program for you.

To participate in the survey, a user needs to be above 18 years of age and use their Microsoft account. Here is the link for Microsoft survery.

The survey lasts on December 22. Currently, there are more than 6 million users enrolled in Microsoft Windows insider program, so the chances of winning a Surface Laptop are really thin. The prized surface laptop comes with 256GB of storage and i5 processor.
