[/otw_shortcode_content_toggle] [otw_shortcode_content_toggle title=”What are the dimensions of the beds onboard?” css_class=”rcfh-toggler” opened=”closed”] Royal Caribbean’s stateroom beds across the entire fleet are twin beds that convert to a Royal King size bed. A Royal King bed measures 72.5 inches wide by 82 inches long.
[/otw_shortcode_content_toggle] [otw_shortcode_content_toggle title=”What is a Virtual Balcony?” css_class=”rcfh-toggler” opened=”closed”] A Virtual Balcony is an 80-inch high-definition screen inside interior staterooms that spans nearly floor to ceiling. For the first time ever, you can enjoy real-time views and sounds of the ocean and destinations from the comfort of your interior stateroom.
[/otw_shortcode_content_toggle] [otw_shortcode_content_toggle title=”What else can the Virtual Balcony be used for?” css_class=”rcfh-toggler” opened=”closed”] At this time, only real-time, scenic views are available.
[/otw_shortcode_content_toggle] [otw_shortcode_content_toggle title=”What type of sound comes out of the Virtual Balcony?” css_class=”rcfh-toggler” opened=”closed”] Inside your Virtual Balcony stateroom, you’ll hear the sounds of the ocean in real time as you cruise to your next destination.
[/otw_shortcode_content_toggle] [otw_shortcode_content_toggle title=”What will I see from my Virtual Balcony?” css_class=”rcfh-toggler” opened=”closed”] This industry innovation will be as true to life as a real balcony view. You’ll be able to take in sunrises and sunsets while at sea, along with ports and destinations.
[/otw_shortcode_content_toggle] [otw_shortcode_content_toggle title=”Can the virtual balcony screens be used for TV viewing or customized logos to cater to corporate clients?” css_class=”rcfh-toggler” opened=”closed”] No, for the viewing pleasure of our guests, the content will be scenic only at this time
[/otw_shortcode_content_toggle] [otw_shortcode_content_toggle title=”Will the staterooms with Virtual Balconies have obstructing views?” css_class=”rcfh-toggler” opened=”closed”] The Virtual Balcony staterooms will be as true to life as a real balcony view as possible. As such, there will be times (such as in port) when guests looking out a balcony will have their view obstructed by a building, for example.
[/otw_shortcode_content_toggle] [otw_shortcode_content_toggle title=”Can you hook up an Xbox or other gaming system to the virtual balcony screen?” css_class=”rcfh-toggler” opened=”closed”] At this time, we are not planning to offer this feature. The vertical orientation of the TVs would make this a less than ideal screen on which to play video games.
[/otw_shortcode_content_toggle] [otw_shortcode_content_toggle title=”Will there be an On/Off switch for the virtual balcony view in the interior staterooms?” css_class=”rcfh-toggler” opened=”closed”] Yes, guests will have the option of having the screen either on or off.
