Royal Caribbean’s ‘Oasis of the Seas’ Cruise Ship
TECHSPO At Sea 2017 will be held onboard a 7 night Royal Caribbean Cruise on the ‘Oasis of the Seas’ Cruise Ship. The Oasis of the Seas departs from Orlando (Port Canaveral), Florida and sails to three picture perfect destinations; Nassau (Bahamas), Charlotte Amalie (St. Thomas) and Philipsburg (St. Maarten) before returning back. With miles of pristine beaches, a dazzling array of world-class family attractions and its idyllic climate, the Caribbean promises a truly remarkable experience for everyone as an ideal location for TECHSPO At Sea 2017.

Directions

From Orlando’s Airport (MCO)

  • Take the North Exit from the Airport, staying to the right, to S.R. 528 (Beachline Expressway) East.
  • Take S.R. 528 directly to Port Canaveral.
  • From there, follow the directional signs for your designated ship’s pier terminal.

From Daytona Beach’s Airport (DAB) and points north

  • Take I-95 south to S.R. 528 East (Beachline Expressway).
  • From there, follow the directional signs for your designated ship’s pier terminal.

From South Florida

  • Take I-95 north to S.R. 528 East (Beachline Expressway).
  • From there, follow the directional signs for your designated ship’s pier terminal.

From West Florida (Tampa)

  • Take I-4 east to Orlando.
  • Take exit for S.R. 528 directly to Port Canaveral.
  • From there, follow the directional signs for your designated ship’s pier terminal.

Parking Information

Fees for parking apply to vehicles occupying a single standard car parking space. Vehicles occupying two or more parking spaces, such as buses or large campers, will be charged an additional fee for the oversized space.
Payment: Cash, Visa, MasterCard (guests can pre-pay for parking by going to the port website).

Cruise Package

All attendees are required to purchase separately in advance a Royal Caribbean all-inclusive 7 Night Cruise package to attend the Events At Sea in the Conference Center.

There are different all-inclusive cruise packages available to suit any budget. From affordable Interior cabins from $132 per person per day (excluding taxes, fees, port expenses & gratuities) to luxurious Ocean Suite cabins. Cruise package types, rates and availability are subject to change so book early to secure your preferred package and our current group discount rates.

Cruise Booking Instructions

To be included in the TECHSPO At Sea 2017 Group and access discount group rates all bookings must be made over the phone to Sea Planners toll free number 1-877-990-9223 (9:30am – 5:00pm) using the Group Name TECHSPO At Sea 2017. Bookings made outside the group block are not permitted.

Timing

TECHSPO At Sea 2017 kicks off with a Networking Dinner on the evening of Sunday, April 16th, 2017 at 6:00pm in the Main Dining Room on board the Royal Caribbean ‘Oasis of the Seas’. It officially ends on Sunday, April 23rd, 2017 in the morning when the Oasis of the Seas returns to Orlando (Port Canaveral), Florida.

Visa Requirements

Passport, visa and inoculation regulations may vary by destination and may change from time to time. For your protection, we recommend that your passport expiration date not occur within six (6) months of the sailing termination date. It is the sole responsibility of attendees and their travel partners to obtain and have available when necessary the appropriate valid travel and health documents such as passports, visas, vaccination certificates, etc., that are necessary for air travel, disembarkation at the various ports of call, including; United States of America, Honduras, Belize and Mexico and re-entry into the appropriate country of origin.
